Privacy notice

Updated October 30, 2026

This notice covers this website, legacysoftwaredev.com, run by Legacy Software Development LLC, a Texas company. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own website.

What we collect

Only what you type in the contact form: your name, email, type of business and message. We use it only to answer you. It reaches us as an email. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share it.

What we don't do

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers the form. Like any web server, it handles technical data such as your IP address to keep the site working and safe — for example, to stop spam.

Your choices

To ask us to delete your message or correct your details, write to us through the contact form.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above.
